This exciting update brings several new features to keep your workouts running strong:

• Plate Calculator: swipe-right on a Set row to reveal a Plate Calculator. The Plate Calculator is available for Barbell exercises with Olympic, Short, EZ, Yoke, Trap and Swiss Bars.

• Recommended Cardio Exercises: Fitbod will now select a cardio warm-up or cool-down exercise and pre-fill in the distance & resistance values. Cardio exercises recommendations must be turn on in the “Your Gym” section.

• Workout Partners: Fitbod users can perform the same workout together with the reps & weight tailored to each participant’s capability and goal. Find the “Send Workout to a Friend” button behind the ••• icon throughout the app.

• Share & Post Workout Summaries: After a workout, find the option to post a Workout Summary image recapping your workout and gained Achievements to friends, family or social media.

• Filter Exercises by Your Most Logged, Available Equipment or Alphabetical. Tap on “Add an Exercise” and then tap the filter icon in the top left. Next to each exercise, a value indicating the number of times you have logged a given exercise.

• Unique Workout Links: for any present or past exercise, create a special sharable link that contains your workout. The recipient of your special link can load your workout into their Fitbod app. Tap the “•••” icon throughout the app and Tap “Send Workout to a Friend or “Share Workout Summary” to generate your special link.
